Shipping Policy
Shipping for a stock item is usually 1-2 working days. Custom items can be up to 2 weeks but this can be communicated at the time of order if for a gift required for a particular date.
Refund Policy
Due to the fact most of my items are bespoke refunds are not accepted unless item is faulty. I try to communicate as much as possible with customers to ensure satisfaction i.e. colour choices, sizes, personalisation.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
If item is faulty please contact me as soon as possible after delivery and I will arrange refund/return/replacement
