Handmade macrame creations. Pieces range from bespoke wall-hangings that can be made in a variety of colours or dip dyed to colourful rainbows which can then be personalised.
Shipping Policy
Shipping for stock items usually 1-2 working days. Custom items can be up to 2 weeks but this can be communicated at the time of order if it is a gift required for a certain date.
Refund Policy
Due to the fact that most of my items are bespoke refunds are not accepted unless it is faulty. I try to communicate as much as possible with customers to ensure satisfaction i.e. colour choice, size and personalisation.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
If an item is faulty please contact me as soon as possible after delivery and I will arrange refund/return/replacement
