Description

This book was inspired by the dragonflies hovering around in the sun in the gardens of Rushen Abbey on the Isle of Man. The dragonfly in this story explains how dyslexia gives you a great opportunity to think outside the box and let your unique strengths grow.

About the author: Alison was born in Scotland, studied art and education and travelled to work in a few different countries. After carrying around sketch books and books which were too heavy to carry in a rucksack, she settled to walking on the beaches with her dog in the Isle of Man. Alison loves purple and green and her favourite season is Autumn. While experiencing purple, green, beaches and autumn she once said out loud, “I’ve written a book.” She then had to do it because if you say it out loud, you have to do it!
