If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please send us a message via the shop we’ll be sure to get you the product you ordered! We'll also refund your postage costs. We're sure you will love your item but if you're unhappy about any aspect of it please let us know within 48 hours of receipt by calling 499304 or send a message via the shop. For hygiene reasons, chopping and presentation boards cannot be returned and refunded if they have been used. Wood is not a  static material and moves as it acclimatises to its environment - shrinking when dry and expanding when moist. Small cracks and splits may appear and close again - these are not timber or manufacturing faults but a natural occurrence and part of the character of natural wood. Customers expressly accept these features may be present when they purchase the product and that they may appear during its lifetime.  Items need to be returned within 7 days in their original or equivalent packaging to minimise the risk of damage in transit. Manx Chainsaw Carvings will refund the cost of return postage only if the item is faulty. If items are custom-made for you or personalised then it is at at our discretion whether we we can accept returns and offer a refund or exchange unless they are faulty - after all it would be difficult to sell a board with someone else's name on it! Please do call us and we'll see what we can do to help you out. If you really must return items then recorded or special delivery signed for postage has to be used so the goods don't go astray. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs (see Cancellation/Return/Refund policy).
